Position Summary
The Member Experience Coordinator is responsible for conceptualizing, marketing, and executing innovative member programming to drive engagement and enhance the overall member experience. This role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and an outgoing personality to interact with members and ensure exceptional events that foster community and excitement.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00-$22.00.

The Ken Garff University Club is the premier private social club in Rice-Eccles Stadium, offering members a place to connect, celebrate, and thrive. Responsibilities
Event Planning:- Brainstorm, develop, and implement unique and engaging events tailored to the diverse interests of our members, including social gatherings, networking events, family activities, and community-focused programs.
- Develop detailed event plans including budgets, timelines, logistics, and creative concepts.
- Coordinate all aspects of event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.
- Act as the face of the club during events, warmly welcoming members, fostering connections, and addressing their needs.
- Gather member feedback during events to continuously improve future programming.
- Member Relationship Building: Actively seek to build and strengthen relationships with members to increase retention, loyalty, and engagement. Identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction through thoughtful event planning and follow-up initiatives.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and event partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Oversee vendor setup through AP, ensuring vendor compliance and timely processing of invoices.
- Input and manage event details in club management systems to ensure accurate tracking of attendance, revenue, and feedback.
- Analyze event performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive engagement and enhance member satisfaction.
- Work closely with the membership sales and member experience team to align events with strategic membership goals.
- Partner with the membership assistant for marketing and promotional needs to support marketing efforts.
- Partner with other departments to ensure operational support for events and member programming.
- Post-Event Analysis: Lead post-event debriefs, gathering feedback from attendees, vendors, and staff. Create and present reports on event success, areas for improvement, and member feedback.
- Promote Club Events: Assist in promoting events through digital and social media channels, email newsletters, or other platforms to ensure maximum member participation.

Experience:
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or membership engagement is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva; experience with event management software (CaterPro, MembersFirst, MemberPride, Ungerboeck) is a plus.
