Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and portion control guidelines.
- Coordinate food preparation with meal serving schedules.
- Learn and adhere to menu items, portion sizes, plate presentation, and special diet orders.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food production protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of experience in dining services within a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
