Responsibilities
The Medical Record Clerk is responsible for the identification and resolution of data and coding edits.
Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
High School graduate or GED; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in Medical Records or Physician’s office preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
None.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, attention to detail and previous experience on a computer and Microsoft Office programs (Excel).
