Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Northville, MI. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of the senior living facility, ensuring high-quality care and service for residents. Responsibilities include managing staff in private oay acregiving sector, coordinating with various departments, implementing and monitoring operational policies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and through state of Michigan for emoloyees/caregivers. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring budgeting, reporting, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to he onsite in multiple locations in south east Michigan
- Operational experience in the senior living or healthcare industry is a plus
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
