Field Technician Opportunity!

Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of cabinet repair and installation experience.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and performs required functions consistent with quality, efficiency, and completion schedules inline with the company’s goals and objectives for all cabinet installations.
- Receives and reviews project specifications inspect and assemble materials to meet specifications, performs cabinet installations using detailed written, illustrated, or oral instructions. Consistently meets all quality and completion time frame expectations.
- Proactively communicates quality issues and works with the supervisor to communicate and resolve to meet installation deadlines.
- Maintains open and constant communication with the supervisor to report unresolved issues and if expected time frames will not be met. Proactively communicates job site conditions and concerns that may, or are, affecting completion schedules.
- Utilizes knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and maintains a positive, productive work environment consistent with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring all safety procedures are properly followed, striving for a goal of no accidents or injuries per calendar year.
- Responsible for ensuring all traffic laws are obeyed while driving a company vehicle, to include but not limited to speed limits, defensive/safe driving, and courtesy on the road.
Other Requirements
EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of cabinet repair and installation experience.
- A current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Background Check
- Pre-employment drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
