Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the operations of our preschool facility. The ideal candidate will lead the educational team, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs in line with state regulations and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the preschool
- Oversee enrollment processes, parent communication, and community outreach initiatives
- Conduct regular assessments of curriculum effectiveness and student progress
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and safety standards
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to support the overall development of children
Experience:
- Proven experience in education administration, preferably in a preschool setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of strategic planning and implementing educational initiatives
- Ability to educate young children effectively while creating a supportive learning environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
