Position Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator (“CSC”) personally and professionally supports the vision and mission of the Law firm. Overall, you are responsible for providing high-level support while providing the highest standard of service to the client, legal team, and marketing team. The goal of this role is to support the attorney in focusing 80% of her time on his top 3 Revenue Producing Activities by either directly supporting those activities or taking and freeing the attorney up to focus on their duties.
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead, guide, and coordinate all client-related efforts while adhering to the Law Firm Process to ensure the CSC efforts result in specific measurable, tracked results. The most important part of the CSC role is that he/she must look after every aspect of the client experience and calendars. A CSC coordinator must work collaboratively with other marketing teams and suggest ways and methods that can help the firm to achieve targets and give maximum output.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client questions via phone
- Greet clients
- Prepare the office for client meetings.
- Coordinate attorney’s schedule
- Prepare specified materials for meetings
- Enter data into the CRM database and other designated areas.
- Print and Assemble Client Documents
- Prepare and send out all client communication and packets
- Follow up with clients to confirm planning details and collect missing information
- Order office supplies
- Coordinate, scan, and document inbound and outbound mail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of business English to include correspondence, reports, and various other materials
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
- Ability to prioritize workload based on internal and external
customer needs
- Ability to meet and deal with internal and external customers in a
professional manner
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to adapt to new technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
