Location : Seed to Table, Naples, FL,

We're looking for a Social Media-savvy Marketing and Catering Associate to help contribute to the grow our brand online and delivery outstanding service to our store and guests. If you're passionate about creating viral content for platforms like TikTok, InstaReels, and Facebook Live, and bring your creativity and fun to everything you do, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do :

Interact with customers and followers with a friendly, approachable tone that feels personal and genuine.
Create and curate engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more that resonates with our community and builds our brand online.
Go live and bring the Seed to Table vibe to life—think TikTok challenges, InstaReels, behind-the-scenes stories, and all the fun in between.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure all details of the event are executed impeccably.
Engage with followers, responding to comments and building relationships that make them feel like part of the family.
Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies to ensure our posts are always making an impact.

Physical & Additional Requirements :

Reliable Transportation : Must have dependable transportation to ensure you can arrive on time, every time.

Non-Slip Shoes : Non-slip shoes required (not company-provided) for safety.

Authorized to Work in the U.S. : Must have proper authorization to work in the United States.

Must be 18 Years or Older : This role requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older.

English Proficiency; Spanish is a Plus : Strong communication skills in English are a must; Spanish fluency is a bonus!

Skilled Manipulation : Maintain precision while handling digital devices and tools for capturing content.

Vision & Hearing : Ensure sharp peripheral and near / far vision for content creation, with the ability to hear and respond effectively, even in busy environments.

Strength & Endurance : Comfortably lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs, while standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods.

Agility & Balance : Navigate smoothly through the store, bending, stooping, and maintaining stability as you work.

Environmental Adaptability : Thrive in a variety of temperatures and handle occasional exposure to dust and cleaning agents with ease.

Allergy Tolerance : Confidently work with fresh ingredients, ensuring no adverse allergic reactions.

Step-Stool Use & Communication : Safely utilize step-stools when needed and communicate clearly, even in high-energy, fast-paced situations.
