Must have willingness to sell, service, quote, discuss, bind and up-sell insurance products. Also, must have integrity, high level of energy, be money motivated, dependable and people oriented.
At this time, we are only looking for those that have an active property & casualty license.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation: Engage with customers during the vehicle purchasing process to discuss their insurance needs and assess their current coverage.

Policy Recommendations: Provide customers with insurance policy options that meet their requirements, explaining the benefits and terms of each option.

Quote Generation: Collaborate with insurance providers to obtain insurance quotes for customers based on their vehicle, driving history, and personal information.

Policy Sales: Facilitate the sale of insurance policies to customers, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations.

Cross-Selling: Offer additional insurance products such as gap insurance, extended warranties, or protection plans to enhance the customer's coverage.

Customer Education: Explain insurance terms, coverage limits, and deductibles to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their policies.

Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address questions, provide policy updates, and assist with any claims or changes to their coverage.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and ensure all insurance transactions adhere to legal requirements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions, policies, and customer information.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Existing Property & Casualty License required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or insurance setting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software applications for managing customer information and generating insurance quotes.
