Oakland Hills Country Club is one of the pre-eminent country clubs in the United States. The Club is home to two championship courses offering a legendary golf experience. Our membership, one of the largest in the Great Lakes region, enjoys a broad range of engaging social activities and recreational programs that promote friendship and create lifelong memories for our member families.
Oakland Hills is amidst one of the most critical points of the Club's history as we embark on a multiyear clubhouse construction project following the fire of 2022. Along with the clubhouse, we are building on a foundation of delivering consistent, high-quality services and amenities for a world-class experience throughout the Club.
Summary
As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be responsible for answering phones, taking reservations, greeting members and guests, and using office equipment. With premium skills in multi-line phone systems and office management, you will ensure smooth operations at the front desk. You will be required to learn club operations and be knowledgeable of all club events Additionally, your relevant skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and calendar management will contribute to a well-organized environment, enhancing the overall guest experience and supporting the team's success.
Position is currently part time Monday and Wednesday 9-5 pm, changing to full time in May. At that time must have days, evenings and weekend availability.
