Duties and Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and manage profit and loss statements to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality across all functions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support the organization's long-term goals.
