- Address any performance or operational issues promptly, providing coaching and guidance to team members to foster growth and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Cultivate growth and development within your team by providing training, mentorship, and leveraging individual strengths to unlock potential.
- Optimize productivity through accurate payroll forecasting, ensuring alignment with sales goals and efficient workload management.
- Take ownership of profit and loss (P&L), strategically driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and addressing underperformance with innovative solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, sharing insights with senior leadership to shape strategies and achieve impactful results.
- Uphold operational excellence by delegating effectively, reinforcing brand standards, and ensuring flawless execution of company initiatives.
- Foster accountability and urgency within the team, responding swiftly to changes in the retail environment and keeping operations agile.
- Safeguard company assets by enforcing compliance with safety standards, inventory controls, and loss prevention policies, while adhering to all regulations.
- Proactively manage inventory by analyzing trends, maintaining ideal stock levels, and streamlining ordering processes to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain/submit reporting as required
- Be open to occasional travel (10% - 25%) to support company initiatives or training needs.
