As our Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice our patients interact with. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Patient Care: Schedule and reschedule appointments with ease.
- Handle Inquiries: Navigate a high-volume phone system and provide top-tier service, following our 5 Star Phone Certification Training.
- Insurance and Payments: Clearly explain insurance benefits, payment options, and care plans.
- Patient Interaction: Maintain a high standard of communication and follow-up to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Office Efficiency: Contribute ideas to enhance office workflow and efficiency.
