Overview
As a Manager, Clinic Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the operational success of Oaklawn Medical Group’s Primary Care and Specialty offices. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader with strong organizational and analytical skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and a focus on delivering top-tier healthcare services.
Your primary responsibility will be to optimize clinic operations, enhance system performance, and ensure efficient staffing and workflow processes. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Practice Operations Director and site managers, actively contributing to budgeting, data reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Serve as a bridge between clinic operations and leadership, filling in for managers and supervisors when necessary.
- Actively coach and train managers, supervisors, and providers on workflow optimization and practice standards.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of casual staff in collaboration with HR.
- Support site managers in annual budget preparation and financial oversight.
Process & Performance Improvement
- Leverage LEAN and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and standardize clinic workflows.
- Monitor and enhance clinic efficiency through data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Assist with Survey Action Plans and develop training programs for compliance and performance improvement.
- Work closely with Plant Operations and site managers to ensure timely completion of safety drills and preparedness initiatives.
Compliance & Data Management
- Maintain accuracy in payroll coding and staff scheduling across multiple sites.
- Track and oversee completion of compliance reports and analytics requests.
- Ensure adherence to Oaklawn Medical Group’s protocols and policies while monitoring clinic compliance metrics.
Customer Service & Employee Engagement
- Champion the CARES (Customer Service Training) program, ensuring clinic staff deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive engagement and professional development opportunities for employees.
- Support initiatives related to physician incentive programs (CPC , PCMH, PGIP, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Prior experience in healthcare management, ideally in multi-provider practices.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of physician incentive programs and medical terminology is preferred.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to management.

Salary : $74,900 - $116,900
