- Process monthly journal entries, vouchering and other accounting duties.
- Hourly payroll
- Deposits
- Journal entries
- Assist with cost reporting, audits, and budgeting.
- Provide general support related to accounting.
- Interact with a variety of staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
- At least one year of accounting, or similar experience is required.
- Experience in health care, not-for-profit or fund accounting environment is preferred.
- Computer skills including Excel and 10-key calculator are especially important.
- Independent and self-motivated work ethic, good human relation skills, professional attitude, dress and demeanor are all necessary
