We are looking for a full time Unit Secretary for our Adult Inpatient Unit in Goshen.
Duties Include
- Staff scheduling, trainings, timecards, and When 2 Work (W2W) scheduling program
- Transcribing doctors' orders
- Assist Unit Manager with various tasks
- Maintaining census logs
- Consult with dietary, housekeeping and labs
- Take minutes at unit meetings
- Answer phones and faxes
- Order unit supplies
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous office experience helpful.
