What You’ll Do as the Addictions Team Leader:
Duties:
- Will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
- Will be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
- Work to build relationship with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and team work.
Additional duties:
- Requires knowledge of human development and behavior
- Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory Independent judgment
- An ability to identify alternative actions
Requirements:
- LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required. LCAC preferred.
- 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
- There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this position (pro-rated by FTE).
