What You’ll Do
As the Emergency Assessment Clinician, you will provide weekend coverage at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center ER – Mishawaka
Expectations
- In person professional, competent risk evaluation of mental health needs for adult, teens, and children (2-hours is the maximum response time).
- Document your work in the hospital’s charting system and if an active Oaklawn client in our
EMR
- Complete an on-call report for each cycle to share pertinent information and receive proper payment
- Complete a credentialing process by hospital
- Complete training in the hospital’s systems, risk assessment tools, safety planning and community resources
- Attend orientation at the hospital
- Access to psychiatric consultation and support via the on-call doctors of Oaklawn.
Requirements:
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana required
- You must have a current flu shot, COVID vaccine, and TB
