- Minimum rate of $60,900 for LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A
- Minimum rate of $72,155 for LCSW, LMHC and LMFT

What You’ll Do as the Intake Assessment Clinician:
As an Intake Assessment Clinician at our Outpatient (Adult and Child & Adolescent) and Addictions services, the primary responsibilities will include:
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages presenting for mental health and substance use services in an outpatient setting
- Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment goals
- Make referrals to services following assessment
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
- Some evening hours are expected

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A required
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred
- Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro-rated salary.
Salary : $60,900 - $72,155
