What You’ll Do as the Food Service Aide:
We have a full time position (5:00a - 1:30p) and every other weekend.
Primary duties:
- Will assistance to staff and provide quality food service to youth, staff, and visitors
- Perform necessary duties to prepare meals and salads including washing, slicing and mixing food supplies according to standard procedures.
- Set-up and deliver food trays to the units; set-up and serve food at display counter with prepared foods.
- Maintain and clean work area – equipment, dining tables, use dish washing equipment.
- Maintain adequate inventory of specified food groups and supplies throughout meals service periods.
Requirements for the Food Service Aide:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in food service.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
