What You’ll Do as a Residential Assistant:
We are looking for group home Residential Assistants, for overnight shifts available with a starting pay rate of $20.88. The primary work duties include:
- Assistance in maintaining daily routines.
- Providing skills and support to enable clients to regain coping abilities, enhance independent living skills, and prevent further disability.
- Creating a therapeutic milieu to facilitate treatment
- Will interact with community contacts, physicians, pharmacists, professionals, family members and center staff on the client's behalf.
Requirements for a Residential Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience with targeted population a plus.
- Must be 20 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Schedules include evenings, nights and weekend shift
