What You’ll Be Doin
- Be a Trusted Partner: Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and fostering a culture of trust and engagement
- Find & Grow Top Talent: Support recruitment efforts for both hourly and salaried roles, conduct interviews, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience
- Champion Training & Development: Help drive learning initiatives, from compliance and safety training to leadership development and career growth program
- Keep Us Compliant & Competitive: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and food industry regulations, while maintaining accurate employee record
- Drive Performance & Accountability: Support managers in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions to cultivate a high-performing team
- Support Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries to ensure smooth HR operation
- Analyze & Improve: Track key HR metrics like turnover and engagement, using data-driven insights to enhance workplace culture
- Boost Engagement & Recognition: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellness, and recognition, making our company a great place to work
- Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Work closely with the Safety team to reinforce workplace safety programs and regulatory adherence
What You Bring to the Tab
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production setting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labor relations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Systems: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll software
- Attributes: Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, plant-floor environment. Ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
