Required Skills
3 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex workplace issues.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
Proven ability to work onsite and engage with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated success in supporting growth and transition efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Spanish would be a strong plus.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Pay range and compensation package - Up to $100,000 base salary 2% annual bonus holiday bonus
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
