Temporary Recruitment Coordinator

We are working with a prestigious, global law firm who are looking for a temporary Recruitment Coordinator to come on board and provide administrative support to their recruitment team.
They need someone who can start immediately, is set up to work from home, and comes from a professional services background.
The role?
- We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience partnering with recruitment teams to provide administrative and customer support to internal and external stakeholders in fast-paced, highly professional environments.
- You will manage mailboxes, respond to queries, provide administrative support, and update candidates and colleagues on processes.
- Reviewing resumes, issuing, and updating skill surveys, and taking minutes during meetings.
- The work will be in a high-volume recruiting department in a multi-site professional services business.
Candidate profile/experience
- The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience supporting the full recruitment and selection cycle within professional services (ideally law firms)
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience with Taleo, Workday or a similar ATS database will be essential.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to interact with staff regularly.
