Oakleigh of Macomb Senior Living Facility is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of care to our cherished residents and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities
Rotating scheduling on call (includes weekends)
Fill in as a caregiver if shifts cannot be filled
Fill open shifts using minimal overtime
Track overtime and daily hours
Sort and deliver mail, answer phones, track budgets, and office supply ordering
Assist ED in any projects that need to be completed
Ensure daily staffing meets state requirements
Track attendance
