Duties
- Supervise daily and assist in construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate project scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage contracts and maintain communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including reports on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among all team members.
- Willingness for short travels, with the possibility of overnight stays.
