Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Sales Manager working on site and 50% of the time, travelling to visit and support customers (North of US, Mexico, Canada).
The Sales Manager will functionally report to the Group Sale Manager and locally to the COO, he will be responsible
- to develop and implement Group sales strategies,
- to propose sales plan for his specific markets,
- to manage customer relationships,
- to identify new business opportunities.
There is a resource in the Sales Dept. reporting to him, working as Internal Sales to support the activity of order entry, customer interface and support, shipping.
The sales is a B2B process and it is also a consultant support to the industrial process of the customer.
Daily tasks include meetings with clients, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with the production and technical teams.
The Sales Manager will work to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Problem-Solving
- Knowledge of Market Research, Sales Reporting, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the industrial machinery or heating element industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Esperience with an International Group better if Italian
