Job Description

We're currently looking for exceptional full-time Sales team members to drive revenue growth, foster strong client relationships, and expand our market presence through top-down and bottom-up selling. This person has exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a strategic mindset to optimize performance. We value our customers and look for individuals who love to take care of people, solve problems and have fun too.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, account plans, and expand solution offerings to meet and exceed sales goals, in alignment with company objectives
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new stakeholders, understand client needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, regularly review performance, and take action to ensure targets are met
  • Work closely with other departments to align sales goals with overall company objectives
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management

To be successful in this role one must demonstrate:

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting ideas, solutions, and data effectively
  • Consultative selling - ability to understand and align prospect needs and challenges to customized solutions
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Collaboration – work effectively with other within sales and cross-functionally

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of successful sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
