POSITION SUMMARY

The Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for all scheduled reports. The Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and creating new processes in Docuware. The Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for Power bi maintenance and changes. The Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst should have an intimate understanding of the business needs and requirements at the operational, financial, and technological levels of the company

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reporting for internal and external customers.

• Maintaining all account permissions/licenses, forms, workflows, file cabinets and any other tools in Docuware.

• Creation and maintenance of step-by-step notes for all reoccurring reports.

• Creation, maintenance, and improvement of sequel reports.

• Creation, maintenance, and improvement of KPI’s, metrics, and dashboards

• Creation, maintenance, and improvement of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. • Work closely with Lead Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Analyst for training and improvement of reports.

• Ad hoc project requests.

• Cross training of other analytics responsibilities as backup.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics or related field required.

• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence.

• Comfortable with technology; knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Prior transportation industry experience preferred

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Basic to Intermediate SQL and Sequel Viewpoint knowledge.

• Business Intelligence software knowledge

• ERP knowledge (AS400/Innovative)

• Ability to adapt and use new software.

• Accountability in time management and leadership in both independent and group work environments are required. Must be able to organize and prioritize incoming requests or projects.
