Position Summary

Maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and safe Oakley Parts Department.

Ordering Parts

Use AS400 function "suggested reorder report" to help with ordering
Set-up shipping of parts
Receive Parts off packing slip, stock shelves, and receive invoice

Receiving Invoices

Process all companies Inventory Invoices on AS400 system
Process all companies Non-Inventory Invoices on AS400 system
Make copy of work, staple to invoice and forward to accounting

Rotating stock and Cleaning

Constantly changing and rotating stocked parts according to Fleet change
Maintain a clean work environment daily

Perform Inventory Quarterly

Run count sheet report for all Oakley Transport and Citrus Department
Generate "Batch Numbers" for all departments off AS400 system
Review all recounts
Finalize Inventory for Truck Shop

Shipping and Receiving Box, wrap, and Label company outgoing packages Unload inbound shipments as required. Assist during fellow employee vacations and as required to maintain flow of Parts Dept. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Maintain Outside of building parts locations, keeping pallets, supplies organized and in neat order. Return of Volvo Pallets as needed to maintain an organized dept. Crush cardboard and maintain area in and around cardboard crusher. Organize Tire Chain Inventory, ensure properly bagged for distribution. Organize fuel Island Jug Supply, ensure stocking levels are met, and on hand for restocking.
