Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring efficient workflow. Job description involves clerical support and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity within the organization.
Duties
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Prepare border crossing documents for drivers; submit paperwork for clearance, and let drivers know when they're cleared, troubleshoot when needed
- Process applications (request VOEs, work history, run MVRS/CDLIS/DAC reports)
- Assist Permits with registrations, paperwork, titling, and orientation duties
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and general computer literacy.
- Experience in clerical work or as an office clerk is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills related to office management.
