Are you a dedicated and compassionate CNA, HHA? We are currently building a pool of candidates for Home Health Aides. The perfect candidate will be professional and compassionate to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to our patients in their home. This is a great opportunity to work with one patient at a time, and to gain experience and/or advance your career within the medical field, while having a flexible schedule. Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Assist clients with errands and transportation as needed
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients
- Strong attention to detail in documenting medical records and observations
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures
- Ability to adapt to the specific needs of each client, including those with special needs or medical conditions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- Personal Transportation (Required)
- Must Pass a Criminal Background Check (Required)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (Required)
- Experience as a Home Health Aide or Care Giver (Preferred)
