The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency and is responsible for supporting recruitment and successful enrollment of students.

Job Duties (Include, but are not limited to):
Customer Relations Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones.
- Helping in classroom as needed.
- Making recruitment / retention calls.
- Checking Daily attendance.
- Communicates with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information and address complaints.
- Efficiently and effectively handles customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintains a safe and secure working environment.
- Establishes a presence in the community for outreach and recruiting purposes.
- Supports in providing enrollment counseling for incoming students and families.
- Establishes a rapport with local and regional high schools and/or colleges.
- Participates in local community events to increase community awareness of the school and recruit enrollment.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and maintains filing systems.
- Establishes and monitors procedures for record keeping.
- Ensures security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Designs and implements office policies and procedures and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Demonstrates dedication, commitment, good character, honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Understands, abides by and implements the policies, directives and guidelines set forth by the management company.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Education Preferred:

Working Environment:
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
