Project Coordinator - Job Duties
Overview
Oakmont Remodeling is looking for a detail orientated and highly motivated individual to join our team as a project coordinator. This individual needs to be able to communicate, document and work through all aspects of the project with clients, installers, the project manager and manufacturers from beginning to end of each project.
Duties:
- Send new clients welcome emails.
- Confirm financing is in order
- Schedule inspections
- Send Selection sheets and agreements to customers
- Order materials, coordinate deliveries
- Daily check in with customers of open projects: update customers folders and documents as needed.
- Effectively Communicate project details with Project Manager and Customers.
- Material sourcing and ordering
- Filing paperwork digitally
- Providing proper documentation through shared documents.

- Ability to prioritize and execute workload efficiently
- Understanding of use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
