Financial Analyst
Oakmont Management Group (OMG)is looking for a full-time Financial Analyst to be a key member of Oakmont's growing finance organization to help develop insights about its portfolio and support growth. Oakmont develops and operates luxury assisted living and memory care communities throughout California, Hawaii and Nevada.
Salary range : $80k -$100k
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare property level pro forma cash flow analysis
- Develop and maintain various financial models and analytics
- Perform various ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as needed
- Prepare property-level budgets and reforecasts
- Assist in the preparation of reporting packages to capital partners
