Lifestyle Director / Activity Director - Luxury 55 Community

The Lifestyle Director is responsible for all programming, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, promoting, facilitating, and directing the activities for the Community.

Pay Range : $24-$26 per hour

Responsibilities :

Provide an interesting, creative, and rewarding social atmosphere throughout the Community and promote resident participation through regularly scheduled high-quality activities, excursions, special events, guest speakers, movie showings, exercise sessions, the establishment of clubs, games, art and creativity opportunities, educational classes and other such activities.

Actively engage in residents' activities through personally leading activities and encouraging resident participation in all activities and special events.

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of one (1) year experience in providing planned activities and knowledge in evaluating residents' needs.

Flexibility in work schedule as evidenced by working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary.

Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)

Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests

For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
