Regional Culinary Specialist / Regional Executive Chef Specialist
The Regional Culinary Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of culinary operations at assigned communities. This position involves supporting daily operations by providing interim coverage for Executive Chefs, onboarding new Executive Chefs, participating in key events, and maintaining high service standards.
The Culinary Specialist serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in culinary operations and is responsible for fostering a positive culture within the culinary team. This role reports to the Regional Director of Culinary within the assigned region. The Regional Culinary Specialist is responsible for supporting community culinary operations, onboarding, recruiting, events, training, supporting new development / transitions, sales / marketing, projects, adhering to policy and procedures, budgets, and customer service support.
Travel Requirements : Up to 95% Travel Required. Travel to assigned Communities based on need and priority. Travel assignments may be for extended periods of time and may frequently change; flexibility and availability are required.
Salary range : $80k-85k
Responsibilities :
- Provide interim coverage as the acting Executive Chef where assigned.
- Support culinary events and assist in new development and transitions.
- Onboard new Executive Chefs and ensure smooth daily operations through training and guidance.
- Facilitate elevated onsite and virtual onboarding for Executive Chefs and assist with daily operational needs.
- Support the rollout of culinary training programs within the community and act as a trainer as needed.
