Job Profile – Investment Associate – Multifamily Asset Management
As OakPoint continues to expand its multifamily investment platform, we are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join our team in Nashville, focusing on multifamily asset management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties, optimizing asset value, and supporting strategic investment decisions. This role requires strong financial analysis skills, knowledge of real estate markets, and experience in asset management within the multifamily sector. The Associate will report to the Director of Multifamily Investments and will have significant exposure to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Portfolio Oversight :
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets.
- Develop and execute business plans to maximize asset value and returns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and net operating income (NOI).
- Work closely with property management teams to ensure efficient operations, leasing strategies, and tenant retention.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and revenue-enhancing opportunities.
