We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Erosion Control Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting and connecting with potential clients, aiming to open new accounts while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong background in sales, and an interest in learning about erosion control practices. You will have the opportunity to get involved in estimating projects and generate leads for upcoming opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Target and acquire new business by identifying and connecting with potential clients
- Maintain and foster relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction
- Inspect new and existing projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Process contract documentation and ensure timely project completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, issues, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay informed about erosion control best practices and provide knowledgeable answers to client inquiries
- Travel to multiple locations across California to meet clients and inspect projects
