What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Driver - Dumpster Services (Part-time/On Call) position at Oaks Dumpster Rental?
Oaks Dumpster Rental is seeking a part-time/on call CDL-B driver in the Pittsburgh area with at least 1 year of experience of commercial driving with roll off dumpsters or dump trucks (preferred). This job will entail delivering, picking up and/or servicing roll off dumpsters in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area. This includes but is not limited to: delivery, final removal and dumping of units. Customer service skills and can work well with other employees are a must. Dumpster hook truck or roll off experience strongly preferred. Automatic single axle truck and automatic tarp system.
Requirements:
- Maintain a CDL- A or B with clean driving background and 1 year experience
- Must have smart phone
- Negative drug test, subject to annual and random drug testing
- Background check
- Drop off / pick up dumpsters and dump at disposal sites
- Able to climb to arrange items and apply tie downs on top of dumpster as needed
- Friendly customer service and sales, represent the Company and our contacts respectfully
- Maintaining clean equipment and trucks, inside and out, is part of daily work duties
- The individual is expected to maintain the license, certification, permit or other credential required to perform the essential duties of the position for which the credential is required
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all DOT laws and regulations
- Must be available weekends
