Responsibilities
Infection control training course with certification (provided)
Manage infection control program
On Call requirement
Ongoing education and training of staff
Record a patients medical history accurately
Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
Document any change in patients condition, notify Physician, supervisor and document
Communicate with patients family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

Nurses get to utilize many different clinical skills because we service geriatric patients who have needs of wound care, infection control management, IVs, wound vacs, gastrostomy tubes, medication management, and more!

Requirements:
Have a current state LPN License.
1-year experience as an LPN, in a community-based care setting (preferred).
Follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
Must pass criminal background check.
LPN students who meet certain criteria may be considered for this position!
Salary : $15,000
