Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team, responsible for performing various construction and restoration tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of the restoration industry, including carpentry, painting, and flooring installation. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Execute carpentry tasks, including framing and door hanging.
- Perform stucco application and repair as needed.
- Conduct construction painting with attention to detail and quality finishes.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Install metal stud framing for various projects.
- Address water damage restoration tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with flooring installation in residential and commercial properties.
- Provide maintenance person services for miscellaneous repairs and improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as carpentry, stucco work, or painting.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is preferred.
- Strong skills in metal stud framing and water damage restoration techniques.
- Ability to perform door hanging tasks with precision.
- Experience in flooring installation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $23.37 - $25.92 per hour

- Drywall: 3 years (Required)
