Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Exterior Remodeling sales efforts (Roofing, Siding, Window) in a designated territory. This territory will span from Erie PA to Cleveland OH.
This person can be located in Erie PA, Pittsburgh PA, Youngstown OH or Cleveland OH with ability to travel within that territory.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a proven track record in territory management. This role requires an individual who is adept at building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving sales growth through effective management and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned region.
- Hire, train, motivate, retain and develop a team of In Home Sales Representatives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of territory management, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM system for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.
- Collaborate with other departments (Canvassing, Inside Sales, Marketing) to enhance product visibility and drive in-home promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in sales management and account handling.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for upper management.
