Competencies:
The potential employee must possess awareness of the impact and limitations of mental health illness and social functioning. Motivational skills to assist consumers in pre-vocational work Wellness and Recovery Concepts
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate work readiness and provide vocational training and programming for Partial Care consumers
- Plan and monitor the overall vocational schedule
- Provide Vocational related groups and individual vocational assistance for consumers
- Transport consumers to and from work site
- Provide Advocacy and case management services on behalf of consumers
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to insure completion of all work contracts
- Maintain consumer records, including weekly progress notes
- Be available to consumers and staff on a 24 hour basis during emergencies
- Attend courses with Integrated Employment Institute

Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field; Or
- Associate's degree and two years’ experience in providing human services; Or
- Five (5) years human service experience; Or
- Possess a relevant professional credential, such as Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, Bachelor's degree in social work, certified rehabilitation counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor, bachelor's degree in rehabilitation; Or
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- One (1) year experience in providing services such as supported employment or job coaching required.
