As a MIS Specialist II, you will work within our IT/MIS department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; One (1) hour unpaid lunch
Responsibilities:
- Identify Netsmart requirements for internal customers;
- Evaluate existing program use of Netsmart and assist programs with optimizing Netsmart to meet program need;
- Identify and correct technical problems with Netsmart;
- Recommend solutions for concerns with Netsmart;
- Maintain Netsmart performance, including implementation of new system features,
- Provide training for users;
- Manage help desk calls/tickets regarding Netsmart;
- Design or reconfigure documents within Netsmart;
- Keep data accessible and organized;
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Work with IT to assure the provision of appropriate levels of security to database applications;
- Complete special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required;
- Three (3) years related experience with electronic clinical records and training in a group setting;
- Valid Driver's License required.
