Oaks Integrated Care is seeking a skilled Transportation Professional to join our team in Southern New Jersey.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves driving consumers to and from our partial care programs, as well as transporting individuals for scheduled intake/enrollment. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records regarding transportation schedules and mileage.
Responsibilities
- Drive consumers to and from Adult Partial Care programs
- Transport consumers to scheduled intake/enrollment appointments
- Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and mileage
- E nsure consumer safety by enforcing mandatory seatbelt use
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained
- Never leave consumers unattended on the van
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Clean driving record verifiable with the state
- Good driving skills and ability to drive a 15-passenger van
- CDL preferred but not required
