As a Program Supervisor, you will work within our Oaks Integrated Counseling program located in Sicklerville, Camden County, NJ.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations
- Work with the Program Director to explore and coordinate opportunities related to growth and development
- Budgetary responsibility
- Assist the Director with oversight of clinical charts
- Assists in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team
- Provides clinical supervision, guidance, and coaching to staff / interns
- Coordination and expansion of program services (i.e. - EAP, IIH, managed care, etc.)
- Ensures staff compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Involvement in all agency and program specific CQI initiatives
- Promote collaboration across systems and programs
- Closely monitor billing with AR for each program element within purview
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Manage a caseload
