Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations
- Work with the Program Director to explore and coordinate opportunities related to growth and development
- Budgetary responsibility
- Assist the Director with oversight of clinical charts
- Assists in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team
- Provides clinical supervision, guidance, and coaching to staff/interns
- Coordination and expansion of program services (i.e. – EAP, IIH, managed care, etc.)
- Ensures staff compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Involvement in all agency and program specific CQI initiatives
- Promote collaboration across systems and programs
- Closely monitor billing with AR for each program element within purview
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Manage a caseload

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MA, MSW, MS) in a mental health related field;
- Five (5) years’ experience working within the mental health system;
- Two (2) years supervisory experience; experience working with mentally ill in imminent distress;
- LCSW/LPC required;
- Valid Driver’s License is required.

Salary : $55,600 - $70,400
