- Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Replace linens and amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Address guests' requests promptly and efficiently to enhance their satisfaction
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department for resolution
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a pristine environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient turnover of rooms during peak times
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards when entering guest rooms
Experience:
- Prior experience in housekeeping management, hospitality, or related field is advantageous
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and custodial duties is beneficial
- Familiarity with floor care techniques is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and presentation standards are met
