As a Leasing Consultant Floater, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents. You will be responsible for the leasing of three properties located in Thousand Oaks. Touring apartments with potential residents, answering questions, and showing community amenities. Additionally, you will assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Valid CA Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Real Estate Development, Management, Rental, Leasing and Sales industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software
- Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) highly preferred
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills

Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use property management software will be essential to your success in this role.
